ABOUT UNIONROUTE
Clarity, with
room to choose.
UnionRoute is an independent guide for people exploring how to improve work with coworkers. It is free, with no account or payment.
What this guide can do
Help you prepare a conversation, find an official starting point where we have checked one, and reach an outside organizing contact. We are not a union, a law firm, or a government agency. Listings do not imply a partnership.
Broad answers cannot determine legal eligibility. Private, public, federal, rail and airline workers can fall under different rules. Work arrangements and exclusions matter. When the guide cannot establish a route, it says so and points to human support.
Your answers and notes
Answers and worksheet notes are held in this tab’s browser session storage. We do not send them to a server, put them in links, or share them with organizations. There is no server-side database, third-party analytics, ad tracking, account, or automatic referral.
Session storage normally ends when a tab is closed, but browser restore features may retain it. It is not encryption or a confidentiality guarantee. Someone with access to your device, a browser extension, or workplace device monitoring may see your activity. Use “Clear this session” to remove this app’s answers and notes from the tab. This does not erase history, downloads, restored copies in other tabs, or printed pages.
If session storage is unavailable, the guide explains that it cannot keep answers between pages. The worksheet can still be used while its page remains open, and it tells you when notes cannot be saved.
Downloads, printing, and outside sites
Downloading or printing notes is optional. A file may be visible to others on your device or copied into a cloud backup; printing can leave a copy in a queue or on a shared printer. UnionRoute cannot remove these copies.
Outside links take you to the organization’s own site, or the clearly labeled official government directory. No answers or notes accompany the link. Those websites may ask for personal or workplace details and have their own data practices. We cannot guarantee their confidentiality, response, or ability to help.
About this first edition
Our directory begins with six entries checked on September 30, 2026. California is the only state-specific public-sector resource included. A check date records a source review; it is not a guarantee that guidance remains current. Direct FLRA pages blocked access during review, so the federal entry uses USA.gov’s official agency contact listing.
The hosting provider receives ordinary requests for pages and assets, which can include IP addresses and basic connection details. Answers and notes are not part of those requests. This app does not promise anonymous browsing.
